Earth Day Indiana is a nonprofit corporation managed by a volunteer board of directors and a part-time executive director.
The board of directors is composed of 12 members, including a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Directors are elected to two-year terms by the general membership of the organization.
Sponsorships, donations exhibitor fees and membership dues provide the primary funding for Earth Day Indiana and the annual festival. Earth Day Indiana is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax deductible.

More than 100 people volunteer to put on the Earth Day Indiana Festival. Some people return as volunteers year after year.
A dedicated group of team leaders donate their time to manage several festival activities and guide our volunteers during the event. Our team leaders are Lisa Laflin, Larry Lobdell, Anne Burget, Corrina Prather, Sandy Gray and Tim Joyce.
